We’re curious! Would you be interested in sourdough pizza crust dough at the Farm Stand??? 🍕
This is a family favorite around here! I love having pizza dough on hand for busy nights. It stores great in the fridge for several days and even longer in the freezer.
On pizza nights, I bring the dough to room temperature on the counter, then flatten it by hand and set it on top of a preheated baking stone. Load it up with our favorite toppings and bake until it’s just how we like it. (I like mine crispy! 😋)
We have some in our family who love thin crust and some who like it thick—and this dough works great for either one!
So we’re wondering… is this something you’d enjoy being able to pick up at the Farm Stand? Or do you prefer making your own pizza dough at home?

Our peanut butter sandwich cookies are back on the menu this week, as are Cherry Chocolate Chunk Scones!! 🎉 We’re also debuting a Vanilla Latte Cookie! How amazing does that sound?!

Come visit us this Saturday morning. Open 9-11am.

You’ll find us just off of FM 4 (Cleburne Hwy). Look for the “Farm Stand Open” banner on the fence and bakery flags are the driveway turn in.

Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies: This customer favorite is soft and decadent. Chock full of incredible peanut butter flavor, without all the j***y fillers. Organic ingredients, real European butter, and natural peanut butter (No seed oils here!).

Haven’t met us yet?? Welcome! 👋🏻 We’re Becca and Erin, two sisters-in-law living on shared family land, growing something special together at Hope Springs. 🌾

What started as a simple love for baking and fresh food has grown into our small farm stand, where you’ll find fresh-baked goods made with simple, real ingredients, as well as farm-fresh eggs, homemade yogurt made with milk from the dairy down the road, seasonal produce, and preserves.

Our farm stand is a reflection of what we love most—working together as a family, serving others, and being good stewards of what God has given us.

From scratch-made recipes to homegrown harvests, everything we offer is prepared with care, intention, and gratitude.

If you ever have questions about our recipes, just ask—we know it matters and we love to talk about the quality ingredients we’ve carefully chosen for each item we make! ❤️

Did you miss the last farm stand? Good news—Our Cherry Chocolate Chunk Scones are back on the menu!! I ate way too many of these when Becca made these last time. 🤭 They’ve got the PERFECT 👌🏼 ratio of cherry to chocolate. Absolutely incredible!!
Made with real, quality ingredients.

TOMORROW IS FARM STAND DAY!! My son turns 18 this weekend 🥹🥹 and this was his special request - Root Beer Float French Macarons. ❤️
French macarons are made with almond flour, so they’re naturally gluten friendly. We also don’t use any artificial flavors or colors. 🙌🏻
You’ll find them in the farm stand fridge 9-11am, while supplies last (don’t worry—I’ve already set his aside 😉)!
