Good morning, friends. Most of you know us personally and are already aware, but we wanted to make sure to updated everyone on the farm stand.
As many of you know, one of our family members experienced a stress-test-induced heart attack a few weeks ago resulting in a two week hospital stay, and both an open-heart bypass surgery and an additional procedure to place several stints. By God’s grace she is now back here at home recovering and regaining strength every day. We are so thankful for the Lord’s kindness to us in all of this!
Most of you know that we live on a shared family property and around here we’re pretty involved in each other’s lives. At times like this especially, I’m reminded how truly special that is. 💝
We chose to close 2 weeks ago so we could all be available to provide extra help that was needed, and that’s why we will again be holding off on reopening for the time being.
We will not be open on our usual 2nd Saturday of the month (this coming Saturday), but as of right now we DO plan to reopen on June 27th.
Thank you to all who have prayed, encouraged, and supported us these last several weeks. We so appreciate it!
We miss seeing your smiling faces Saturday mornings and look forward to serving all y’all again soon here at the farm stand. Much love from all of us at Hope Springs. 💗🫶🏻💗

‼️ IMPORTANT FARM STAND ANNOUNCEMENT‼️
Due to a medical emergency for a family member we will not be open this weekend. We will proceed with plans to be open again in 2 weeks, but will update if that needs to change. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 🫶🏻

I’ve been a little more MIA lately, but for good reason… My son graduated this past weekend. He is our (Josh and Erin’s) only kiddo and has been homeschooled from the start, so it’s a pretty big deal. All of us here at Hope Springs have had much to celebrate, and were blessed to get to do so alongside family and friends from both near and far!
So, while I don’t have much of an update for the farm stand for this coming Saturday yet, please allow me to share our joy with you in the graduation of our son. We’re pretty proud parents. 🎉❤️🥹🥹🥹🥹❤️🎉

A note from the Hope Springs garden:
Not too far into the future we hope to offer a much larger variety of produce at the stand. This season however has required me (Erin) to step back a bit from the garden as I needed to devote a bit more focused time with my homeschooled senior as we wrapped up his final year and neared graduation. (A graduation that happens this week!! 🫣❤️🥹 We’re so proud of him!!)
For now we will offer the smaller amounts we are able to harvest, with a big hope for an abundant fall garden. We look forward to growing and offering more local, organically grown produce to our community, alongside all your farm stand favorites! 💗

✨ 🤩 MENU DROP!! 🤩✨

(Correction: It’s Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies this week, not Chocolate Chip. 😊)

Our specialty items this week include out-of-this-world Marion Berry Earl Grey Scones and Texas Pecan Blondies, as well as Fresh-Milled Blueberry English Muffins and other fan-favorite staples.

Come see us this Saturday at the farm stand.

Local business spotlight:
Stopped in for some drinks and treats at Brewberry-Coffee a few days ago. My teenager highly approved of the iced snickers latte I brought home. And that banana pudding cookie from We Knead Sweets… Y’all. It may or may not have made it all the way home. 🤭 It was incredible!

Reminder: there’s no farm stand this week. We’ll see you on May 9th - just in time for some Mother’s Day goodies!
