Out in the woods today, doing a little “quality control” 🍁🐿️🦌. Checking sap lines for uninvited guests—the squirrels and deer have quite the sweet tooth! Nature keeps us on our toes… and gives us a few laughs along the way! If you’ve ever wondered what goes into making maple syrup, it’s not always just boiling—sometimes it’s wildlife management too. Boiling and open until 3P today.

Maple Weekend Recap: We blinked… and weekend was over 🍁. Somewhere between the boiling, the crowds, and people saying “ummm WOW this is so good” with maple taffy stuck to their teeth—it all became a blur. If you snapped any photos this weekend, feel free to share them—we’d LOVE to see them!

Now… we recharge (just a little 😅) because there’s still plenty of work ahead—and we’re doing it all again this upcoming weekend!

One of my favorite things during maple season is getting that text: “Sap is flowing!” Usually, it’s from one brother, while the other brother is silently making maple candy, taffy, maple cream, and bottling syrup like a ninja. The truth is, we all have full-time jobs, and sugaring happens early mornings, late nights, and whenever we can squeeze it in. If the sap is running, we’re running. I’m truly blessed to have both of my brothers. The maple is sweet, but the family bond behind it is even sweeter. 🍁 A big thank you to Dan & Eddy — from me and from all of our customers. Without you two, this maple magic wouldn’t happen.
