Happy Day Horse Farm offers a friendly, laid back, drama- free environment that is enjoyable for any horse and it's person. We trail ride, show, and try to better ourselves and our horses for more reasons than to "just win the blue ribbon". We all thoroughly enjoy our horses and spending time with them. We have two barns that are fully lit and furnished with fans for the summer. Our main barn has

ten 12X12 stalls, tack room, feed room, and a wash bay with hot/cold water. Each boarder has a locker in the main barn tack room. Our second barn has five 12X12 stalls and 2 large paddocks attached to two stalls in the back. Most of our stalls have automatic waterers that are cleaned weekly at minimum. Our stalls have rubber mats and are bedded with saw-dust. Stalls are cleaned at least once a day. All the horses are given free-choice fescue hay and are grain fed twice a day. Our horses come in half a day and are out the other half. We have two fully-lighted sand arenas-one is a legal-sized grass with sand base dressage arena. The other is a 76'*150' covered arena with sand and Tru Tex fiber footing. We also have a round pen for lunging ot training the "youngsters". In development is a 200'*220' jump area with a small xc complex attached to one side. it will include multiple ditches in the construction. Also in development in a hacking and trotting track that will border the perimeter of our 34 acres. Please contact Tamara Eichorn 7042029825 for more details on board. We also offer riding lessons and training by certified CHA level 4 instructor, Kim Miner. Kim grew up in pony club and is familiar with multiple English and western disciplines. Kim focuses on biomechanics and getting the horse to perform with optimal comfort and fluidity in movement, regardless on the discipline. Kim competes in Dressage and Eventing, herself. please visit www.kineticequine.com for more info on Kim. Kim is a certified independent saddle fitter. Tamara is a full time farrier. Both live on site. Come join us!

FOR SALE: Luka is a 16.2h 4yr old liver chestnut Warmblood cross gelding. His dam is a very nice Trakehner/ Oldenburg and his sire is an athletic APHA with quite a bit of thoroughbred in his bloodlines. Luka got the best of both worlds with his intelligence coming from his dad and his movement and athleticism coming from his mom. He was started late due to me being away last year. Currently has about 5 rides on him and has been walked and trotted. Is proving to have a quiet, sensible mind and a good work ethic. He has 3 lovely gaits and shows potential as a dressage horse or a hunter. Does lightly crib in stall but has never had any health problems as a result. Easy keeper, gets along well with others, ties, leads, stands for farrier.
Asking $5000. Price will increase with training so don't pass on this lovely boy.
We also offer reduced training on any young horses we sell so please feel free to inquire about that as well.
