Valley fam 💛 BIG update:
After 5 incredible years, we’ll be closing our Valley Nutrition location on October 31st as we prepare to move into a NEW space ✨

We’re just waiting on final timelines for our next location — but trust me, we are NOT disappearing!

➡️ In the meantime, we’re offering local delivery every Monday, Wednesday & Friday starting in November so you can still get your favorites — teas, shakes, tea kits and protein coffees — right to your door!

You can also always stop by and see us at our Uptown Minneapolis location 🏙️

🚨 WATER YOU KNOW…? 💧

We’re closed today (Monday) due to the citywide boil water advisory in Golden Valley, Crystal & New Hope. 🫗 Since everything we serve involves water & ice (and we are guessing hot shakes or teas wouldn’t be a hit in these temps 😅), we’re pausing to keep everyone safe.

Here’s what you need to know:
💧 Boil water for at least 1 minute before drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, or washing baby bottles.
💧 Results from the water testing are expected later today — we’ll keep you posted when it’s safe to reopen!

Thanks for rolling with it & staying safe. We miss you already and can’t wait to serve you soon. Until then - stay hydrated (the boiled or bottled kind 😉)!

Meet Londyn 💛 she made her way earth side on March 6th. She’s completely loved by her sisters & the most popular one in our house!

We want to take a minute to say thank you to everyone for your patience as we have stepped away to be present for our family & welcoming our new sweet girl!

We are excited to see you all this month as we start adding in face time at Valley! ☺️

🤰🏼As the Owners, Nate & Mollie, welcome their new baby into the world soon we are adjusting during this month!
We will keep you updated if we have any pop up hours on Mondays or the weekend - so please watch our social media for that ☺️

We are so sorry for this news 😩

As a nutrition company we care deeply about the health & wellbeing of each of you, our staff & their families. With that said, we are all taking tomorrow as a recuperation day so we can be in top tier form for all of you!

It’s been a WHILE since we’ve had school closures due to cold temps 🥶
With that said, our protocol here is to follow what the school districts are doing, unless we feel we can safely still have our people here. We didn’t get the memo that all districts are closed today 🤗 [blame it on the boss 😉]

So, for today only, we are closing at 11 AM today. Stay safe out there, and we’ll be back to our normal hours tomorrow!
