A Sweet, juicy, delicate, peppery with a hint of spice jam. A delicacy to be shared and enjoyed. Great as a bbq marinade, dressing, on top of tacos, dip, etc! Recipes coming out soon!

"Ssamjang Lovin"

Korean soybean/red pepper paste.

Sweet, savory, Salty, spicy and all in between! One of my personal favorites that is a must have in our daily lives. Great as a dip for vegetables, meat, marinade, wrap, ect! The options are endless! A staple in my life and i hope it brings joy to yours!

HAPPY DAY wonderful jammers!!

Today I would like to take a second to acknowledge and share with all on how proud I am of the one and only JAM to my silly NUTS. Through dedication, precision, and many sacrifices, he has been able to continue to move forward within his personal life as well as his career.

Stories shared with me of times he was only 2 years old and would cry over a toy airplane that his dad would have to sneak back out to get to comfort his son, to his parents taking him to the old Stapleton airport to watch United Airline's planes take off and land because they knew it brought him joy and hopes of becoming someone who will fly them one day, to reading books and going to airshows as a kid because his love and respect for aviation.

He had a dream. Some may even say at that time in America, dreams weren't possible or were not readily available for immigrants or refugees, especially the dream of becoming an American pilot with the responsibility of having 100 plus people's lives behind you. But he never stopped believing in himself or limit himself to what he knew he wanted to become.
He is a prime example that dreams are possible.

Jam, thank you for being an inspiration to me and reminding me to live life on my own terms and for your constant belief and faith in me even at times when I couldn't. You believing in me and my greatness keeps pushing me further to achieving my dreams. Even ones that I never thought I could reach or become.

So to all those jammers out there, never give up on your dreams. Never give up on yourself. You have everything you need within you to push forward in life and build your truth and happiness. It is not about money and materials that create ultimate success and happiness but the conscious steps in creating your path to fulfillment within this lifetime. In creating your path and understanding of gratitude, acceptance, light, joy and peace within you. Share space with others as we are all in this together. Dreams are not achieved by ourselves but with each other. UNITY CREATING FREEDOM.

Taking it back to the O.G's.

ChiaNilla and Cinnaberri were my first two jams that I made :) they were getting a bit hurt and jelly since I have been paying so much attention on the other jams, I took them out on a one on one hike to give them some personal time :)

O how I love my O.G's.

Revamping next year.. taking out a lot of flavors and will be focusing on bringing new, flavorful and exciting international flavors that will bring you back to the O.G's of culture, taste, community... each country, each community has a history of how food was created, grown and provided. My passion is to bring itnout in jams. So, cheers to culture, openness and gratitude
