White bread, honey, light hay, light lemon zest, floral noble hops.
We started with a base of Weyermann Pilsner and Vienna malt. Then judiciously hopped using a blend of Hallertauer Tradition and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops.

Pale, crisp, and refreshing. A firm, but pleasant, bitterness is balanced by zesty notes of lemon and lime from New Zealand Motueka hops.

A fan favorite is back. Hawaiian Shoyu Chicken has officially returned to the menu, and it’s just as delicious as you remember.
