🌭 101 YEARS. SAME RECIPE. SAME FAMILY. SAME LOVE OF GOOD SAUSAGE. 🌭

A lot has changed since Anna moved from Italy and landed in Denver to start Polidori Sausage 101 years ago. We have self-driving cars now. The whole world can fit in your pocket. And nobody churns their own butter anymore (probably).

But some things at Polidori haven’t budged:
✅ Still family owned (5 generations)!
✅ Still made right here in Colorado.
✅ Still using Anna’s heirloom recipe. Not a “modernized” version - the actual one.
✅ Still convinced that good sausage should just be Pork, Salt, and Spices. 🤌

101 years of progress happening everywhere except our sausage. And honestly? We like it that way. 🎉🇮🇹
