𝗙𝗔𝗤𝗦 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗘𝗡 𝗙𝗔𝗥𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗘𝗧!
𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲? Most vendors accept credit cards and cash. The market also welcomes SNAP and Double Up Bucks. Watch for the booth in the northwest corner of the market for information!
𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗼𝗴𝘀 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗱? Dogs are discouraged at the market for health reasons, but if you do bring your pup, we know they'll be well-behaved and on a leash!
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗥𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀? The Market will be open rain or shine-- however if there is any kind of dangerous weather, we will close the market-- either temporarily or for the day. This goes for wind and lightning. If it's extra-hot, we'll have a cooling tent set up!
𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗗𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗩𝗲𝗴𝗴𝗶𝗲 𝗜 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁? Not every vegetable and fruit will be available at every market! Growing seasons vary, crops don't always flourish the way farmers want, farmers have sold out earlier in the week, and that particular produce doesn't grow in Colorado-- all of these are reasons why a particular fruit or veggie isn't at the market on that day. For a handy chart of the growing season, check out the https://ag.colorado.gov/markets/colorado-proud/colorado-produce-calendar
𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗸? You don't need to park at all if you can cycle, walk, or scooter to the market! If you do need to drive, consider parking and taking the Ore Cart- with a special Farmers Market stop on Saturdays right at 10th & Illinois! In addition, there are paid lots, street parking, and some free parking all around Golden. Pay attention to the signage so you don't get a ticket.
