😺 Bring your travel cat in a backpack, stroller or other enclosed carrier to Meow-loween: A Cat Takeover TONIGHT, Wednesday, 10/14 here at New Terrain Brewing Co in Golden, CO from 5-9pm.

📸 Our photographer – Glevity – will be offering pet photography mini sessions for $35, 🐈‍⬛ there will be a cat costume contest, and 🍺 we will have new, limited edition glassware available for only $6. Proceeds from the glassware will go to the Cat Care Society who will be on-site and Denver Animal Hospital will also be here to chat cats.

We also encourage you dressing up to match your cat! All of this is part of the Golden Hour MashUp events, put on by the City of Golden, Colorado and Visit Golden, Colorado.

Swing by our taproom on the FIRST WEDNESDAYS November through February starting Nov. 4 from 5-8pm for Sunset Campfires w/ Caramelized Beers & S'mores!

We will be heating up b**r caramelizers (metal rods) in a wood burning fire pit out in our b**r garden. Those red hot metal rods will then be placed into your b**r for a few seconds so that it both caramelizes the sugars & changes the flavor while the foam rises. You’ll end up with a cold b**r and hot foam and the contrast in temperature helps to provide a unique b**r drinking experience.

Free entry. Free caramelization. Free s’mores. Just buy the b**r like you normally would and get this fun bonus!

Our brewers, Dave and Brandon, recently traveled to the Pacific Northwest for this year’s hop selection, where they evaluated and hand-selected the hop lots we’ll be brewing with over the coming year.

Through sensory evaluation, which involves rubbing and smelling samples from different lots of the same hop variety to compare their aromatic characteristics, they selected Centennial, Amarillo, and Strata from , along with Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic from . Even within the same variety, individual lots can have noticeably different aroma profiles, making this process an important part of maintaining consistency and finding the characteristics we’re looking for in our b**rs.

Beyond hop selection, the trip included visits to fields of experimental hop varieties and tours of hop pelletizing and extraction facilities. They also had the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences with brewers from around the world, including Ireland and Japan.

We’re excited to put what they learned to work and bring these carefully selected hops into our b**rs over the coming year!

☀️ Bright Skies V.11 - West Coast IPA ☀️

Bright Skies V.11 picks up where V.10 left off, continuing to refine an extremely light-bodied IPA recipe. The grist is 100% pilsner malt, while Mosaic, Simcoe, Citra, Strata, Columbus Cryo, and Nelson Sauvin make up a stacked hop bill.

The result is an ultra-dry, moderately bitter IPA with a surprisingly light body, layered hop character, and a big dank aroma. Refreshing, punchy, and packed with flavor without feeling heavy.

This will also be on tap at our Palisade Grand Opening this Saturday, 10/3 🎉
