Well folks, this weekend has truly been magical. We can’t thank you enough for coming out to support our family-owned brewery here at the base of North Table Mountain… but we’re not done yet! Day 4 of Goldengrass Bluegrass Weekend is here and it’s still free entry:

Last night was a barnburner. Tonewood got it cookin’ with some high-octane pickin’, Silas Herman was an absolute force to be reckoned with, and Magoo the band flat-out burned the place down. Insanity.

💫 North Star V.48 - Hazy IPA w/ Manilita, Southern Cross, & Amarillo 💫

North Star V.48 turns things up by highlighting experimental newcomer Manilita hops alongside Southern Cross and Amarillo Cryo, with the vibrant trio bringing waves of pink & red grapefruit, mango, and nectarine over a soft, pillowy body. NSv48's layered New Zealand hop character and a touch of classic citrus dankness round out the edges, making it juicy and aromatic, while a gentle bitterness keeps everything in balance.

🌽 We also tapped Maíz Azül yesterday, a blue corn Mexican lager brewed in collaboration w/ Seedstock Brewery. It is available in their taproom as well as ours, but it is a small batch split between the two breweries so it won't last long!
