Matcha Making 101: Swipe for an easy refresher on how to make a delicious cup of Mizuba matcha 🍵

And if you have any tea-related questions (What about hojicha? What tea do you recommend for fall? Do I leave my matcha in the bag or decant in the tin?? Do I need to sift????), let us know below!

Spoon two chashaku scoops of matcha into your chawan, which can mean 1.5-3g (up to 1 tsp), depending on your preference. Add 0.5oz of 160-175°F water and whisk with a chasen in a circle to smooth out clumps and make a paste.

Add another 1-2oz of water and continue to whisk rapidly in an M-shaped motion until frothy.

Pour into your favorite cup ✨🍵✨
