HaaShrooms is celebrating our Sweet 16 birthday through the month of August!! In 2010 Elizabeth and I started this business foraging for delicious gourmet mushrooms at all of my secret spots across the state that we sold to restaurants and at farmers market! From there, we started growing more and more mushrooms in our grow rooms at Tuckahoe Plantation where we lived. In 2017 we bought our 65 acre farm and moved the business where we have been since! Through the years we’ve developed over 100 Mushroom based products that we sell online at haashrooms.com and at farmers markets. Elizabeth formulates all of our Skincare products and a variety of other products in our production facility here on our farm. You can find Elizabeth every Saturday morning at the Williamsburg Farmers Market in Colonial Williamsburg from 8 AM till Noon under the HaaShrooms tent with all of our fresh mushrooms and products!!
