What is a meadery… and what is mead?
A meadery is like a winery—but for honey. Our primary ingredient is honey, much of which comes from our own bees, and we combine it with a wide variety of fruits and spices to create something truly unique. We use a lot of our own fruit, along with fruit from our neighbors and other local sources right here in Minnesota. The result is mead—the most delicious drink you’ve likely never had.

We are officially open!

After years of hard work, planning, and navigating regulatory hurdles, we’re excited to finally share our meads with you.

As we get things up and running, here are a few things to know:
- Online sales only at this time
- Bottle sales only (no tasting room just yet)
- Local delivery in Southeast Minnesota (generally along the Hwy 52 corridor from Cannon Falls to Preston)
- Pickup available at our rural Goodhue winery production facility (by appointment)

We do have plans to open an on-site tasting room and expand shipping more broadly in the future, but for now we’re starting here as we get things off the ground and dial everything in.
