After 2 weeks of sitting (and stirring almost daily) the ACV is in the cabinet to sit for a month before I try it. It may sit longer, we'll see. I wouldn't forget about it. I never forget anything 😂 I used Cortland apples this time and it's lighter in color. Cortland's are delicious, by the way.

Milkweed flowers. One of my favorite smells. 🥰
I took advantage of the overabundance of flowers and picked some to make simple syrup.
Also grabbed a few dandies and plantain leaves.
It's definitely nicer outside today! Phew!!

I buy baking soda by the 10lb bag- I use it a lot around the house and for baking.

Handy little tip for your fridge and freezer to eliminate those funky odors- Grab a few small canning jars. Put some baking soda in each, put a coffee filter on top and screw on a canning ring. Trim the excess paper and add it to your compost. Put the jars to work. 😉
