Tequila Tuesday! Highlighted in our fresh crack Friday last week. Volans blanco. This tequila is made from three separately distilled 100% tahona-crushed tequilas, each shaped by a different source of water: rainwater, spring water, and deep well water. The result is a bright, mineral-driven blanco with cooked agave, citrus, pepper, and a clean, elegant finish. It is a fantastic and an easy sipper! Stop in to get a bottle.
