You’ve heard of green juice, but have you tried Jugo Verde? 🥒🍃🫚🌿🍋‍🟩

Jugo verde is a traditional Mexican juice made from blended fruits and veggies. The pulp is not removed, so you’re get everything: juice, pulp, fiber and many more nutrients. No fancy juicer needed, just a blender!

🫚 1-inch k**b of peeled ginger
🌱 2 stalks of celery
🌿 3–4 leaves of DFF mint
🥒 6 slices of cucumber
🍋‍🟩 Juice of 1 lime
🍃 2 handfuls of spinach
💧 1/2 cup water

Combine, blend, and pour over ice! 🥤

Pro tip: Prep and freeze pre-measured containers of the ingredients for a quick, nutrient dense refresheranytime!

Cheers to the first harvest of the season at DFF Oregon! 🌱

The crews, tractors, sprayers, vacuum tube coolers, materials and more have officially made the transition up to Southern Oregon for the summer season. When it becomes too hot to grow leafy greens in central Arizona, we follow the cooler weather north to Merrill, OR.

From there, this product is shipped down to Salinas, CA six days a week for our customers, who sort, wash and bag it under their labels. It takes an incredible amount of teamwork and coordination to make this seasonal transition happen every year. 💪🦺🚜
