Here at Frigid Turtle Brewery, we have a very simple philosophy that seems so hard to come by - Good Beer. We believe in using the best ingredients in new and different ways to create a product people will truly enjoy. No two beers should taste the same, and no beer should be forgettable. el Adams, Stone Brewing Co., and Ölvisholt Brugghús (if you don't know these guys, look them up!). Other big influences have come from flavor itself. Trying new things and experiencing the way different flavors react and change one another has been an inspiration for making bigger and better flavor profiles, and beer that is an experience in itself. We are a team. A married team. On our honeymoon (we went to St. Thomas in July... hold your laughter), we swam with sea turtles. It was the best part. Not just because we got drunk and sunburned on a boat, turtles are really cool! Then we got home, we lived our lives, it wasn't July anymore, and the first winter of our marriage was RIDICULOUSLY COLD. So cold in fact, that we are leaving the frigid tundra known as New Hampshire for sunny South Carolina. It happens to be really exciting. We decided to keep our roots close and remind everyone that we are two turtles who came together in the cold to make something beautiful. ::cue the chorus of gagging::
