Hi to all this evening. Looking forward to seeing you at the Mineral Market as we enter the month of August and Welcome National Farmers Market Week.
We’ve been busy this week prepping a few new items for your tastebuds…
Peach Pickle (my Grandmother’s recipe),
Peach Pie Filling
Peach Jam
Pickled Okra
Dill Pickle Relish
And we’ve made more Kosher Dill Pickle, Plum Jam, and Bread-n-Butter pickle.

Hi everyone, hope you are surviving this heat!! I’m happy to announce we have our first red tomato….the weather has been a challenge but all is coming together. Cucumbers, peppers, okra, eggplant, yellow squash, zucchini, AND Sweet Corn…have a great week and hope to see you soon!🌱🌱🌱
New for this year we will have Angus Beef “from our farm to your table”….It’s ALL GOOD!!!!🍽🍽

Hi everyone. How nice it is to not be so hot!!😊😊
We are at the market in Mineral today with vegetables (yes they are finally ready and coming in well), still waiting on the first tomato though. Cucumbers, yellow squash, zucchini, young eggplant (we are learning how to grow eggplant) and okra will be coming in soon.
We also have freshly made dill pickles & BreadNButter pickles, strawberry & plum jam so stop by to say hi!!!

Hi everyone and now that we have dried out some everything is coming together. So glad for the rain though!!!
Cucumbers, sweet bell peppers, sweet corn, and tomatoes….with eggplant, green beans, okra and watermelon to go in today.
