Enjoying a freshly roasted Columbian Supremo straight black americano. The staining on the cup is micro particles that would otherwise be trapped by a paper filter which was obviously not used for espresso drinks.

This is what a really fresh cup of coffee should look like. Notice the crema on top. You can’t get this using a filter brew method.

Grinding fresh seconds before brewing makes all the difference in the world. If you drink coffee everyday (like me😜) I’d suggest buy a grinder and see for yourself.
