It's official! The sign is finished and we are gearing up for the Weiss Baking Company soft launch. Be sure to message us with your email so we can provide more details on how to reserve your spot! Dates may be subject to change. The new address is 1705 State Route 28 Goshen, Ohio 45122

UPDATE: We have been looking forward to our soft opening this weekend and welcomed guests to our first lunch service today.
We are so excited to open our doors, however, we have decided to postpone our opening. We need to allow our team more time to train and prepare the exceptional food and service you deserve, and right now we are not ready.
If you made a reservation with us for Saturday or Sunday, we will be reaching out to reschedule.
We look forward to announcing our grand opening very soon!

It has taken us a minute to get back up to full speed but our little stand is decorated and ready for the holidays! We have our fall menu ready for Thanksgiving, pre-orders will be available for pick up on Wednesday 11/23 from 11-6pm

We still have two free range turkeys available for Thanksgiving. If you would like to reserve one please let us know. We are processing them this Sunday for pickups Monday & Tuesday. $3.50/pound.

Free range turkeys $3.50/lb.
We are processing on Sunday 11/21 with pickups starting on 11/22. These will be fresh never frozen birds ranging from 20-30 pounds. If you are interested, please reach out soon as the remaining few won’t last long.
