Canned 12 half pints of blackberry jam, 7 quarts of dill pickles and 9 jars of Elderberry syrup 4 1/4 pints and 5 half pints from five pounds of berries today so I’ll have a limited supply of Elderberry syrup for Market Thursday and Saturday until I can process the other 5 pounds of berries.

Stocked back up on pickles and salsa ready for the Madison County farmers market Wednesday night in Huntsville 4-8. Also the Goshen Farmers Market Thursday night 4:30-7:00. I’ll be delivering to the Farm Stop in Elkins before market so they will be restocked as well.
