Well y'all... I FINALLY heard back from the Health Department today and it's definitely not the news I hoped for. Clara's Kitchen will not be able to operate as intended and will be shut down immediately and permanently. Thank you all so much for your support I could never tell you how much it meant to me!❤️

It saddens me to write this but someone has reported Clara's Kitchen to the Elkhart County Health Department (the day I launched it and before any food was cooked, served, or sold) and I have received a Cease and Desist Order by penalty of $1,000/day if not followed. So until this is cleared up I have to remove all orders and services. I am so incredibly sorry to all of you that ordered and I truly hope this will be cleared up as soon as I can get in contact with the HD during office hours this week.

Welcome Y'all!
My name is Tanya and I'm not the best with words but what I can do is food. I do it well. And that is 100% in thanks to my sweet grandma Clara who taught me everything I know and made me fall in love with being in the kitchen. I would never dare to start this little business of mine without giving all thanks and credit to exactly where it is due. ❤ I do, however, understand that not everyone shares my passion for the culinary arts or even if you do, where in the world can you find the time? Well let me just solve all of your problems please! I will be offering homemade, completely from-scratch meals right out of my home for pick-up! I will be posting the meals available a week in advance for order and then all you have to do is order, pick-up, and enjoy! Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns and I would be happy to help you as best as I can!
