A sweet-and-salty fall treat featuring layers of butterscotch, dark chocolate, warm pumpkin spice, and crunchy seasonal toppings. 🍂🍫 Directions below!

1. Line a 13x9-inch baking dish with foil, allowing it to extend over the sides. Lightly coat with cooking spray.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 cups of butterscotch morsels, stirring every 30 seconds. Stir in ½ tablespoon coconut oil and spread evenly in the prepared dish.
3. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate morsels, stirring every 30 seconds. Mix in pumpkin pie spice and ½ tablespoon coconut oil, then spread over the butterscotch layer.
4. Melt the remaining 1 cup of butterscotch morsels and stir in the remaining ½ tablespoon coconut oil. Spread over the chocolate layer and gently swirl with a spatula to create a marbled effect.
5. Sprinkle the top with dried cherries, pretzels, pistachios, and toffee bits.
6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
7. Lift the bark from the dish using the foil, remove the foil, and cut into 24 squares.
