A little something from behind the scenes at Pal•ette & Co. 🤍
I don't think I could ever put into words just how thankful I am for the love and support you've all shown my little business. What started as a dream has turned into something I never could have imagined, and I am truly loving every minute of it!
I did want to share a little something, though, because I think sometimes it's easy to forget what goes on behind the scenes.
While I am SO fortunate to have an amazing husband, mother-in-law, friends, and family who jump in and help with things like labeling, stocking, and all those little tasks that make a big difference, when it comes to the baking, it's just me! 🥰
Every loaf of sourdough, every flight, every cookie, every muffin, every single baked item... it's all made right here, one batch at a time, by yours truly!
And you guys have been keeping me BUSY in the absolute best way possible!
I know sometimes you stop by hoping to grab something specific, only to find that it's already sold out. I promise I'm working on getting a better baking and restocking schedule figured out so there's more opportunity for everyone to snag their favorites!
One thing I want everyone to remember is that while our Grab & Go is open 24/7, baked goods are made fresh in batches throughout the day, and once they're gone, they're gone until I can get the next batch made! Im not prepping for a market once a week! Im baking for you guys 7days a week!
I never imagined I'd have so many people showing up to support something I love doing so much. And believe me, I wouldn't trade it for anything.
So thank you for continuing to show up, for being patient, for sharing my little business with others, and for making this dream of mine a reality.
I truly have the best customers, and I'm so excited to see where this little dream takes us! 🤍
