We visited Amici for date night and while I delighted in the Arancini and thought the Olympia was refreshing, we found it hard to love the rest of the food for the portion and price.

The pasta is house made and served maybe a bit under al dente to al dente.

Husband said "It was good but not worth the price."

For myself I can understand the craftsmanship and love from the kitchen but that being said I wasn't head over heels like I am with other places that offer a house made eveything vibe and similar pricing.

Tried the new pizza-by-the-slice spot in Goshen—The Fold—and had to share our thoughts 🍕🙌

If you’re a fan of classic New York-style pizza, you have to try the pepperoni slice. Crispy, foldable, cheesy perfection. Honestly, it blew us away.

Now, full honesty—my husband, who always has to test the wings, wasn’t quite as impressed with those. And yes, the wait was a little long (a bit over an hour for our order), but hey, they’re new, and growing pains are part of it.

So if you head in, go with patience, and go hungry. We might wait a little bit before our next visit, but make no mistake—we will be going back for that pizza 🔥

We visited Venturi in Goshen with friends and were DELIGHTED! We appreciate the waitlist. I got a seasonal Lavender Lemonade which was Gin based and was wonderful.

We shared two starters which was a seasonal Bruschetta and basically pull apart breadsticks! Both were great!

For mains I ordered the Pesto E Ricotta which was fabulous. The ricotta was creamy and the pesto wasn't overwhelming.

The husband got a Calzone (insert Brn Wyatt from Parks N Rec) which he enjoyed.

Our friends also got a Calzone and a Capricciosa (imported Italian tomatoes, house made mozzarella, DOP prosciutto) it was devoured - no crumbs

Finally, for dessert Mint Chip Gelato!
