We recently helped a homeowner dealing with bacteria in their well water. A lot of companies will recommend installing a UV light right away, but we take a different approach we look for the source of the contamination first.

In this case, the well was buried below grade, and the pit around it was collecting standing water. That setup can let bacteria seep directly into the well.

Here’s what we did:
• Raised the well above grade to bring it up to code
• Eliminated the source of contamination
• Disinfected the system

Now they’ve got safe, reliable drinking water without relying on a temporary fix.

We got a call from a local business that had very little hot water. After taking a look, the cause was pretty clear and very common around here.

The water was extremely hard, and over time the minerals settled at the bottom of the water heater, completely burying the heating element.
Once that happens, the heater can't do its job, no matter how new it is.

What we did:
✔️Installed a water softener to remove the hardness and stop future buildup
✔️Replaced the failed water heater
✔️Made sure everything was properly set up for long-term reliability

They're now back up and running with consistent hot water and protected from this happening again.
