SOIGNÉ — New Zealand Pilsner (5.0% ABV)

Soigné is back.

Our modern, hop-forward Pilsner is brewed with Columbus, Krush, and Nelson Sauvin, then lightly dry-hopped with Nelson to bring out layers of white w**e, gooseberry, and bright citrus while keeping the finish crisp and unmistakably Pilsner.

Notes of Sauvignon Blanc, fresh gooseberry, lime zest, candied white peach, and crushed citrus over a crisp Pilsner body. Snappy, aromatic, and dry, with a refined bitterness that keeps pulling you back into the glass.

Soigné lives somewhere between the old world and the new: carefully made l***r with its collar loosened just enough.
