Huge thanks to all of the amazing volunteers who helped us harvest 800 lbs of Itasca on Saturday morning! I hauled these grapes up to my friends at Wolf and Fox Winery to be made into their delicious 2026 ledge blanc w**e. If you haven’t visited Wolf and Fox Winery yet, go check them out! They’re lovely people and they’re making some of the best w**es in Wisconsin right now.

PROGRESS! We’re almost done building out the tasting room. We’ll be announcing our grand opening date very, very soon so stay tuned yall!

The build out of the tasting room continues! Yesterday we finished putting this beautiful tile onto the bar. Huge thanks to Josh Oakes for his design expertise and labor. Next, I can’t wait to show you the beautiful custom furniture coming from John Donaldson

“Verasion” is my favorite time of year in the vineyard! It’s the time of year in the Fall when grapes are starting to change color and sugar content is increasing quickly.
