Your future Thanksgiving dinner has arrived!

We were so happy with this breed of Midget White turkeys last year. They will mature between 13 and 22 lbs each depending on gender, and they will be processed late September or early October. Keep an eye out later in the summer. We will be posting about deposits to get on a wait list for a fresh, organic, pastured turkey.

Thank you to everyone who came and bought pork today! The remainder of the meat fit perfectly into the store freezer. Here is what we have left:

3 smoked ham roasts ($12/lb)
2 butt roasts ($10/lb)
3 shoulder roasts ($10/lb)
5 packs cubed bacon ($15/lb)
3 apple spice sausage ($10/lb)
11 packs pork chops ($10/lb)

Pick up something for dinner when you stop by for milk!

This year we are selling our pork by the cut as follows:

We’d love to sell as much of it as we can while it’s fresh. After tomorrow night it will be available in the freezer and labeled by the cut. Cash and Venmo payments accepted.

Next year we may offer whole and half pigs to interested buyers.
