It's been a wild month of March! We only had one very late night in the sugarhouse and rang in John's birthday in the wee hours of the a.m. It was fun to give lots of school tours and see so many familiar faces! But now the last boil has been made, the pans have been boiled off and clean up has begun. We will start to pull taps in the next couple of days. The good news is that we have made some of the best, delicious syrup ever!!
