Hi! I'm Ross - owner and operator of Mighty Mighty Microgreens. Here I am with a mini-tray of delicious cilantro microgreens at the on Saturday 8/28. I created Mighty Mighty Microgreens with a twofold goal in mind - to supply my local area with the most nutritionally dense organic produce available on a year-round basis, and also to cultivate a healthier, more balanced life for myself. Microgreens are small, but they have a truly enormous nutritional impact. I believe that, like microgreens, small individuals doing good work with the best interests of their friends and neighbors at heart can have a profound impact by creating waves of loving kindness that can permeate even the darkest depths of suffering. It is my earnest goal to have a small footprint, but a big impact- on the health and wellbeing of my little community as well as my own- in acceptance of my limitations as an individual and in recognition of the fact that kindness spreads outward. Microgreens may be small, but don't let that fool you! 🌱
