We sauté 1/2 onion in butter, add the green beans, cover with water and a little salt. Boil until beans are soft. (You can add bacon too)

We also picked more Chinese cabbage, romaine lettuce and blueberries! 🫐

Last night we harvested zucchini, yellow summer squash, pattypan squash, blueberries, black raspberries, broccoli, peas and a few test hills of potatoes. Once the ground dries out a bit, we can start potato harvest!

My favorite stir fry! Chicken, purple Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, snow peas, onion, garlic scapes on udon noodles. Sprinkle a little sesame seeds and coconut aminos and it’s probably the best thing ever! I also chopped up one of these giant purple kohlrabi as a side! Delish!!
