Yesterday we finally got more fall crops in the ground. Carrots, beets, radishes, arugula, spinach, Swiss chard and turnips.

The great thing about being a regenerative farm, we can get 3 inches of rain in 3 days and still be able to plant crops! No waiting for fields to dry and no tilling. Just good compost and some wood chips!
