Boerewors roll (Farmers sausage)served on a hotdog bun topped with tomato and onion relish or ketchup and mustard.
Muesli and Anise Rusks (Biscotti)
Hertzhoggie tartletts
Ystervarkies (Porcupines) No not the animal 🤣😂 it's a desert. It's like pound cake soaked in chocolate then rolled in coconut.

This week I have something very special planned for Saturday at Graham Farmers Market . I will be barbecuing South African Boere Wors ( Farmers sausage) and serving it on a roll with traditional tomato & onion relish. It's called a Boerewors roll.

What is a boerewors roll?
Boerewors is a traditional South African sausage made from beef mince, and South African spices. Loosely translated from Afrikaans, it means "farmers' sausage". I will also have the following:
Hertzoggies (does not have a English name) it's a tart pastry filled with apricot preserves topped with coconut meringue.
Banana nut bread
Cookie nut chocolate fudge
Muesli & Anise Rusks ( Biscotti)
Carmel tartlets.
