Did you know that the American Guinea Hog originated in the south. Used for great pork and invaluable lard. They roamed the woods, unfenced and brought in the fall for processing. These are the hogs your grandpa and grandma ate, where flavor mattered.

Full-sized pig deposit is $50 and we charge $3.50 per pound based on the live weight of the pig. Piedmont Custom Meats will contact you directly to discuss the cuts you would like to receive from the pig. Your pig should be ready within two after it is processed. We are excited to share our NEW easy online ordering. You can now always view what is available for sale, add items to your cart, choose your preferred delivery option and place your order! Anytime! You will receive an Order Receipt + Order Reminder email the day before pickup or delivery (and so will we!). Piglets!! All doing well with momma. These pigs are just amazing, momma delivered 5 spunky little ones all by herself. They will grow into the tastiest meat without any interference from us.

This is BRP MS Suzanna, she is the standard by wich all other pigs are judged at Hunker Down farm. She's built like a tank and as smart as a whip. Thanks to the Sumrall family and Cathy Payne for saving her line. My hope is to bring her genetics to the next generation of breeders.
