Itrek Acres Nigerian Dwarf Goats Itrek Acres was started in the crazy year of 2020. We are located in Graham, WA. This is a family team, as we work together on the fun Nigerian goat breed.

We will be working towards the breed standard, as well as show, LA, and milk testing. ADGA Plus

Itrek Acres La Vie Dorée did it again! She copied her dam who also was champion junior doe as a senior doe kid back in 2022 at the same Puyallup Fair. She not only was champion junior doe but was best AI futurity junior doe in show! I couldn't pick which picture I liked best. She looks to be smiling all the time.

Not only that, but I also have to share the picture that Mark sent me of the senior kid class where all five of ours placed one through five, again! They are all either La Vie kids or her grandkids through her son Itrek Acres HP Merlot.

Thank you to everyone, we had so much fun and as always, it is the best way to end the year. Already planning for next year.

I know everyone has seen these two already but we just clipped them for the final show of the year which is a fair. This fair is all about just having fun for us. Though it gives us one last chance to see them without all that crazy hair. Some were already growing winter coats as we are getting that fall feeling weather now.

But look at them! I can’t help but smile at these two senior kids. Phone pictures and all they still look so great. The smaller one will be left a dry yearling and the other one will need to be taken off alfalfa asap lol. 😂

This goat right here, is my heart goat. I’m not sure what I would do without her. 🥰

She and the rest of the herd are now moved out into the large wooded pastures to be dried up early. Hopefully they will learn to be goats again lol. We as a family need a vacation this year. It’s long overdue. So milk testing will be cut short. We did just finish a wonderful appraisal to kind of close out the year, and couldn’t be happier with the results. Very happy with our progress, and thankful for everyone who is always there to support us. We even had a two year old step up the wow factor. I’ll post her udder in the comments.

Decided last minute to split up the Itrek team and enter only 3 intermediate kids and one senior kid in the NEWDGA show. Took no milkers. Only the "I" Isabel, "R" Ron, and the "E" Eva represented us. They did so well but are exhausted. They ended up sleeping in the truck there as it was too late to drive after being awake for 24 hours already. Couldn't be prouder of them though! Taden and I (Katrina) had to hold down the fort here as there was no other options for us to get the milking chores done.

I am not sure if this will even happen again so I feel like I should mention it, but after this show, we now have gotten 8 junior champion legs this year alone. I repeat eight! Not sure if we can ever do that again so I am going to let that soak in :) Really impressed with this year's kid crop.

🏆🥇Intermediate kid Itrek Acres Sweet Caroline was Champion Junior doe and was scratched from the last two rings.

🏆🥇Senior kid Itrek Acres Uh Oh It's Magic was reserve behind Caroline above and then went on to be Champion Junior doe in the next ring. Was scratched from the last ring.

Picture taken of both doe kids and human kids completely sleep deprived and exhausted within minutes of arriving home this morning. Will include a picture we took of the doe kids the other day.

I am done shaving bucks and updating their pictures 😅 Glad it's over with until next year. A little earlier than normal but we wanted to leave for vacation later so here is our sweet red boy. We love him! He is such a sweetheart.
