First, I just want to say THANK YOU so much for all of the referrals, tags and inquiries that continue to come my way. Every time someone recommends Dream Day Visionary, it truly means so much to me. There are so many amazing wedding professionals out there, so the fact that you think of me and trust me enough to send couples my way never goes unnoticed. 🥹
I did want to clarify something that comes up pretty often: I am a Wedding Coordinator, not a Wedding Planner. There is a HUGE difference between the two roles, including a significant difference in the services provided and the cost associated with them.
Wedding planning is something I don’t offer and don’t plan to take on and I have SO much respect for the planners who do it! Planning is incredibly involved. Wedding planners can help select vendors, be part of the planning process from beginning to end, assist with design and décor concepts, create floor plans and layouts, help build the overall vision and sooo much more.
My sweet spot is the DIY couple who has planned their wedding and just needs someone to bring everything together and RUN THE DAY!
You’ve picked your vendors.
You’ve chosen your décor.
You’ve created your vision.
You’ve done the planning.
Now you deserve to actually ENJOY it! ❤️
That’s where I come in!
As your Wedding Coordinator, I’ll create your day of timeline, assist with setup, teardown and room flips, keep you updated on every transition, make sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be, communicate with your vendors and venue coordinator, handle the behind the scenes logistics and put out those little fires so you don’t have to.
And apparently…I’ll also kick out wedding crashers. 😂😂 I’ve had to do that TWICE this month already and we’re barely into August! Lol
I genuinely LOVE being a coordinator. I love seeing all the months of planning finally come together. I love being the person my couples can look at when something needs to be handled and know, “Nina’s got it.”!
So please keep the referrals coming! Just send me the couples who have their vision and plans in place and are ready for someone to step in, execute it, keep everything moving and allow them and their families to actually be PRESENT for the celebration.
