Cupcake Menu
-Triple Chocolate- Chocolate Cake, Chocolate Buttercream, Chocolate Chips.
-French Vanilla- Vanilla Cake and Vanilla Buttercream.
-Snickerdoodle- Cinnamon cake with Vanilla Buttercream with Cinnamon Sugar topping.
-Chocolate Peanut Butter- Chocolate Cake with Peanut Butter Buttercream
-Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Buttercream
-Strawberry Cake with Cream Cheese icing. (Vanilla buttercream available)
-Orange Creamsicle- Orange cake, Marshmallow fluff filling and Vanilla buttercream.
-Lemon Sunshine- Lemon cake and lemon buttercream.
-Mint Chocolate Chip- Mint cake with chocolate chips and Chocolate Buttercream.
-S’Mores- Chocolate cake with Marshmallow fluff and vanilla buttercream, topped with chocolate chips, mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
-Peanut Butter and Jelly- Vanilla cake filled with jam, topped with peanut butter buttercream
-Caramel Apple- Apple cake with Vanilla Caramel buttercream with a caramel drizzle
-Oreo- Chocolate cake with a whole Oreo cookie inside and Oreo buttercream
-Red Velvet with traditional cream cheese icing
-Blueberry cheesecake- Blueberry cake with cream cheese icing and topped with blueberry pie filling.
-Cherry Cheesecake- Cherry cake with cream cheese icing and topped with cherry pie filling.

Peppermint mocha- a Chocolate/coffee combo flavored cake with peppermint icing
-Pineapple cake with a vanilla buttercream and a maraschino cherry top
Funfetti cake with vanilla buttercream and tons of sprinkles!!
Carrot cake- cream cheese icing, available with or without your choice of pecans or walnuts.

Alcohol options- must be 21+ to order
-Rumchata- Vanilla cake (I replace all the water in the recipe with Rumchata) with a Rumchata buttercream.

-Pink Champagne- Pink Champagne cake with a Vanilla Champagne buttercream

Hey!!!! Guess what!!!!!!! EXCITING NEWS!!!

My cupcakes will officially be for sale at Pinsa Pizzaria and Kitchen! 😍 They are wonderful about supporting local businesses!! And they have super fun new owners!

Pinsa has amazing flatbread pizzas and salads! Also wine on tap and craft beer. They have a super cool patio too, this really fun indoor-outdoor vibe. Check it out!

Its in Lees Summit in the Summit Woods shopping area, in the same building as Jason's Deli.

These amazing Tiramisu cupcakes with espresso mascarpone filling will ONLY be available at Pinsa- they're unavailable for orders. Go check them out!
