We know why we do what we do here on the farm. Grow and supply ourselves with everything we can, knowing how it was raised, and what it has been fed. Definitely not cheaper than the stuff you buy in the stores, but definitely 100+ times better, and better for you. No steroids, no vaccines, just free to run big spaces, and live a good life. So that makes some days a little rougher, when sending these three off to the butcher today, but so thankfully blessed to be able to do what we do.

Ahhhh..... Springtime. Everyone is out and enjoying the air. Excited that the tree swallows are back this year (they never showed up last year). Birds are singing everywhere.
Plans this year are looking good. Plants all still under lights in the house, around 150+ strawberry plants starting to come alive in the strawberry patch, around 30 mullein plants greening up out in the garden, and around 150 new elderberry starts planted and are looking good so far. ☀️
