Sometimes business brings you customers. Sometimes it brings you friends.

We're incredibly thankful for the team at Daddyo's Burgers and the relationship we've built over the past few months. Finding people who are genuine, hardworking, and easy to work with is something we never take for granted.

The flowers were such a thoughtful surprise and meant more than you know! It's little gestures like that that remind us how fortunate we are to be surrounded by such great people.

They don't see the early mornings, the attention to detail, the systems, the standards, or the people behind the process.

At our processing facility in Trenton, every day is built around consistency, accountability, and doing things the right way. It may not be the side of the industry most people see, but it's the side that matters.

Our processing facility works hard everyday to ensure every product we fill in our store is the high quality you know and love.

Trust isn't built at the checkout counter. It's built in the work happening long before food reaches the table.

This purple marking identifies cattle over 30 months of age during processing and is part of USDA and state inspection compliance standards used for proper identification throughout the facility. Cattle over this age require specific handling procedures and material separation as part of food safety regulations.

It’s one of many behind-the-scenes systems used to help maintain traceability, accountability, and consistency throughout the processing process. From inspection protocols to carcass identification and handling procedures, there are far more checks and standards involved than most people realize.

We believe transparency shouldn’t stop at the retail case. Understanding where your food comes from also means understanding the standards, procedures, and safeguards behind it.
