A BIG THANK YOU to Homer & Kathy Robertson- they don’t get much credit- but man to they deserve it! They put their heart into this event and it’s all for the KIDS! That’s their WHY!

We are also so thankful for EVERY single committee member, that helps put this awesome event on as well. Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed!

To Warren’s Backyard- they are incredible hosts of the event! They go above and beyond for us! We are so thankful for their whole crew!

To every single sponsor that donated, people that bought tickets and came to our event, bought an auction item, Chuckwagons that traveled to come cook, or if you just came to see what was going on. We appreciate you from the bottom of our hearts!

We will see you next year at the 2027 Texas Cowboy Symposium! 🤠

Granbury HS BBQ team will be on site all weekend! Come hungry and let’s support these kiddos!

We have been hard at work learning the basics in BBQ boot camp. I’ll drop some photos from boot camp in the comments.

Tomorrow, Friday, September 25th, we will be out at Warren’s Backyard selling our delicious BBQ brisket and pulled pork, potato salad, and banana pudding for the Texas Cowboy Symposium! Come out and see us.

If we have any BBQ left after Friday, we will sell it by the pound on Saturday. Keep an eye on our page for more details.
