We are gathered together today to mourn Chris' Youth. Gone are the days of a solid night's sleep. Of quiet joints, and no heartburn. Of Eagle-eyed vision and Adonis' hair. We are thankful for the wisdom he has gained over the looooong life he is living. 😉🤭🤪

The Butcher's Wife supper idea: Boudin Cornbread is a MUST (and Fried shrimp!)
We added C&J's pulled pork, The Holy Trinity seasoning, and I used milk (instead of cream), to the recipe. If you haven't made it before, it's WORTH IT! And relatively easy! It's a hearty, satisfying meal !!!

It’s cookie drop off day at CJ BUTCHER SHOP! The flavors we have this week are:

and we still have a few of the Lemon Sugar, Snickerdoodle, Pumpkin Spice Chocolate Chip and the Oatmeal Raisin.
