I've eaten this meal so many times, but NEVER this delicious. At least 7-8 people asked for this recipe at potluck (including me). I followed the recipe step by step, and now I have a husband who won't eat anything other than this deliciousness! The same goes for my teenage boy. Try this recipe and tell me how it turns out!

Well, we are close to another year ending and we still have covid in this country. We closed up our garden a week ago. I still had spinach, romaine lettuce, leaf lettuce, and a lettuce that grows in small loose heads. Sorry, I can't remember the name of it right off. I picked all of it as our weather was getting real cold and I had a load of compost to spread over the gardens. Once that was finished I needed to complete a quilt that was meant as a Christmas gift. Now I am ready to begin holiday baking! Merry Christmas to you all!
