As we close our Granby farm store for the season today, we want to take a moment to say THANK YOU! ❤️

To all of our wonderful Granby customers, thank you for your continued support, generosity, kindness, and love throughout the season. Whether you’ve been visiting us for years or stopped by for the very first time, you are all part of what makes our farm so special.

We are truly grateful for the friendships we’ve made, the familiar faces we see year after year, and the wonderful community that continues to support us. Without you, none of this would be possible!

A heartfelt thank you also goes out to our amazing staff. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment have helped make this another successful season. We couldn’t do it without each and every one of you! ❤️

❤️ A very special thank you to the Sapowsky Family for always watching over our boys, believing in them and the work they do, and for your continued love and support in keeping the farm going strong. 🌻🌻🌻Good Morning🌻🌻🌻

We are now closed for the season and what a season it was. Looking forward to opening day, May 1, 2027. It will be here before you know it.

Thank you so much for allowing us to continue to keep our farm in production with our partnership with the McKinstry Family. We are so grateful to you and the McKinstrys for all they have done for us and to you for supporting this endeavor in such a huge way.

Having our land continue as a farm was the most important factor in our retirement plans and thanks to Warren and Will McKinstry this taking shape. We admire and definitely approve of their stewardship of the land and the care they take of our life long work. They are two amazing young men and farmers who know the value, care and long hours that go into keeping the soil productive and healthy.

I was happy to still be able to work this past season for the McKinstry's in the Farm Stand and Bake Shop while having less responsibility in the day to day operations. This allowed Steve and me to have a little more free time as we learn how to retire. It is harder to retire than we thought. We are happiest among all of you in the farm stand, and among fellow farmers, but also happy not to have to do all that paperwork.

Steve will be going for shoulder replacement surgery and hopefully be a new bionic man come Spring. This will be his fourth joint replacement since 2022. He's tough and will be fine and hopefully have less pain after a few months of PT.

Have a safe, joyful, and peaceful holiday season. Take care of each other. We will see you in May 2027. In the meantime, McKinstry Market Garden, Inc. in Chicopee is open year round.
