Creekwood Farm Welcome to Creekwood Farm - Located in Grand Blanc, Michigan! We are a husband and wife team fulfilling our homesteading dreams.

We plant most of our own food, run a small sunflower farm and farm stand, live off the land, and learn as we "grow!"

The Farm Stand is open at Georgie’s Market! We have lots of fresh vegetables, freshly picked herbs, fresh and dried catnip, and sunflower bouquets available - $10 for small bouquets, $20 for large! Vegetables include cucumbers, bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, green beans, and lots of tomatoes! 🍅

Well, Creekwood Farm got a much-needed drink today! 🌧️

What wild storms we had! After such a dry summer, I think Mother Nature decided to make up for all those missing raindrops in one afternoon. ☔️ Even this little cardinal wasn’t quite sure what to think of it all!

With more rain in the forecast for tomorrow, Friday, September 4th, we’re going to let the farmstand rest for one more day. So much of what we package at the farm stand is tucked into paper bags and pulp-produce containers that don’t fare well in a downpour.

And thankfully, Saturday is looking like a beautiful, drier day…so we’re planning to open the farmstand then! 🌻🍅🥒

We’ll use Friday to let the fields dry, tidy up the stand, and get everything ready for you.

Until Saturday, we’ll be soaking up every drop and counting our blessings for a little rain. 🌧️🌾

Hi! We’re Dayna & Brendan, the faces behind Creekwood Farm🌻

Creekwood Farm is more than just a farm…it’s our home, and our little corner of the world where we grow flowers and food, preserve what we can, create with what we grow, and find beauty in the simple things.

Our little homestead is built around growing from the ground up. Everything here starts from seed, including our flowers, vegetables, and the beautiful sunflower field we plant each year. We’ve also planted our own lavender field, we tend to our honeybees, and harvest fresh honey straight from our hives. 🐝🍯

Our hope is to share that feeling with you one season at a time…from freshly picked flowers and garden produce, to our farmstand, homemade goods, lavender, honey, and the everyday magic of life on the farm.

We have lots of fresh vegetables, and flower bouquets available today for $10 and $15 (larger, with premium sunflowers)!

Friday, August 28th - Today would have been Kaiya’s 8th Birthday 🐾💔

Kaiya was the heart and soul of Creekwood Farm. Instead of simply remembering her on her special day, we wanted to celebrate her. In honor of her life and legacy, we’re sharing a few birthday gifts with our farm stand friends - completely free of charge.

🐾 FREE TREATS FOR YOUR FUR BABIES
Take a treat home for your dog or cat. Kaiya had an enormous heart for every living thing, and because she was a total snack snob, we’re giving away the good stuff! Churu tubes for the kitties and Blue Buffalo apple & yogurt bars for the pups. ❤️

🌻 FREE SUNFLOWER SEEDS
Take a packet home and plant them in Kaiya’s memory. The thought of little patches of sunflowers blooming across Michigan because of her is something incredibly special to us.

No purchase of other goods from our farm stand is necessary. These are simply gifts from our family, given in Kaiya’s memory.

🌻 $10 flower bouquets, vegetables, and farmstand goods are available for purchase

If you take a packet of seeds, plant them somewhere special. If you take a treat, give your pet an extra hug. And if you knew Kaiya, we hope you’ll think of her today. May something beautiful bloom where her memory is planted.

🌻 FREE SUNFLOWER SATURDAY 🌻

Things will look a little different at the farm stand today. Because of the rain, the farm stand will be closed…but we have something special to share instead. Inside Georgie’s Market, you’ll find free sunflowers. Please take one, and in doing so, help us spread a little kindness and love - in honor of Katie Allen. ❤️

Earlier this week, an old friend reached out and asked if we would be able to create floral arrangements for Katie - a beautiful young woman whose life was taken far too soon, at 38 years old, by cancer.

Katie was full of life, adventure, and love. She loved supporting small businesses and the people within her community. When her sister asked if Creekwood Farm would create the flowers for Katie’s celebration of life, we felt incredibly honored to be entrusted with something so meaningful.

Yesterday, I spent the day carefully choosing the most beautiful stems I could find, thinking about Katie and the life she lived. Every flower felt like a small way to honor her story, her spirit, and the love she left behind.

And today, sharing some of those flowers with our community just felt right.

So many times, the people we know (and even complete strangers) have stepped up for us when we needed it most. The kindness, generosity, and love people have shown us over the years is something I could never forget. If we can pass even a little of that kindness forward today, we want to.

🌻 If you receive a sunflower today, we hope you’ll let it be a reminder to spread kindness. Buy someone a coffee. Check on a friend. Give a stranger a compliment. Hug someone a little tighter. Do something small that makes someone’s day a little brighter.

Take a flower. Spread some kindness. Share the love.
