Hey Everyone,

We are looking to recruit reliable truck drivers for the 2023 sugar beet harvest. All but one of our trucks are Kenworth trucks with working A/C and radios. They are well maintained and consist of both manual and automatic tri axle straight trucks and semis. PLEASE READ THE FULL POST BEFORE INQUIRING

Why commit to us?

-Safety oriented
-Family friendly
-Competitive wages
-Willing to train new, young or old, eager individuals.
-Organized operation
-Close to Grand Forks/ EGF
-Flexible hours (6, 8, 12+ hour shifts)
-Will help with hotel rooms if you're from out of the area. EDIT
-Nice Trucks
-Fun crew
-Central Location, no driving your vehicle all over the countryside. We do all exchanges and fuel ups at our main shop.
-Pre-harvest meet and greet. (pizza and bee...pop)
-Catered post harvest party with prizes and gifts.

What is required?

-Valid drivers license
-Good, honest communication
-Reliability
-Flexibility
-Must have manual transmission experience or a willingness to learn. This is an on farm rule. Since our fleet consists of both manual and auto transmissions we like to have all of our drivers familiar with manual transmission in the event that we have to shuffle people around temporarily. With that being said, we will train all new drivers in on a manual transmission. We understand this could be a deal breaker for many people, however it is a valuable skill to have and we are very patient and will allow you to learn on your own time in a calm and quiet environment, before harvest starts. We will host ONE on ONE training times around your schedules. We expect an open mind AND an adequate time commitment. It is not only a time commitment for you, it is also a time consuming investment for us so we require an adequate amount of your time throughout harvest.
-Harvest typically lasts 10-14 days running a full 24 hours.
-We prefer 12 hour shifts (night or day) but will accommodate 6, and 8 hour commitments if necessary.

Thank you for your consideration.

Hey local farmer friends,

We are in need of:

-Current crop cranberry beans to help fill the rest of a rail car and possibly more.
-Current crop pinto beans: 15-30,000bags

-New crop contracts for cranberry beans

-New crop contracts for pinto beans. Even if we can secure some overage that would work too.

-If there is a certain grain or bean that anyone needs cleaned for planting let me us know. We have the capability for doing that if needed. Or if there are any direct sellers, we can clean, process and bag as well.

***Apparently Facebook likes to add all sorts of extra details. NOTE: this is not a full time job (for now), we also do not need a resume. We are simply looking for laborers that can lift 100 pound bags and stack them neatly on pallets. The hours are unknown but if I were to guess it could be a total of around 100 hours.***

Calling all men, women, coaches, players, managers, parents and beyond, Adams Family Farm is looking to sponsor a sports team, or group of individuals in exchange for a great team building exercise. Perhaps a creative punishment?

*Need new jerseys?
*Need updated Equipment?
*Or, do you and some friends want to work for wages?
*Great for teams or individuals to sweat while working together and strength training all in one setting

We are in need of individuals to help carry and stack bags of dry beans at our processing facility. The bag filling part is automatic, however, the carrying and stacking of the bags is not. These bags are 100lb bags and need to be stacked on a pallet, neatly. There will be several days of work throughout October. In addition to, we will feed and hydrate anyone that wants to work, exercise or both . We will compensate fairly whether it will be a team fundraiser or individual wages. Help us add fuel to the food supply chain. We produce and process. You bag and stack. We export directly to costumer's all around the world.

**Individuals that are interested in working for wages are welcome.
