We’re bringing a little Oktoberfest to Odd Side — with our own Odd Side twist, of course.

Come hungry, come thirsty, and maybe come ready to polka. We’ll have special Oddtoberfest drinks and food all day, and at 4 PM The Fröhliche Polka Band kicks things into high gear with live polka music! 🎺🍻

Grab your friends, raise a stein, eat something delicious and spend a fall Saturday celebrating with us.

Our seltzer lineup is getting a fresh new look. Same crisp, refreshing seltzers — completely updated packaging and a new direction for the line.

POG is one of the first to roll off the line in its new digs, with more favorites getting the refresh soon.

But the new cans are only part of what’s happening around here…

We’ve been making some big changes behind the scenes, and they’re opening the door for some brand-new products and packages we haven’t been able to make before.

16 years in the making… sort of. 🍺🐈‍⬛

We’ve been brewing Fussy IPA since we opened our doors in 2010, but unless you’ve spent some time at the Odd Side taproom, there’s a good chance you’ve never had it.

That changes this week.

For the first time, we’re taking one of our longtime taproom staples and sending it out into the wild.

Fussy IPA — 7% ABV

A beer that’s been part of Odd Side since day one is finally getting its turn outside our four walls.

Finicky by nature. Delightful by choice.

A little R&D action happening at Odd Side this week… 👀🍻

While our packaging line is down for a HUGE modification, we’re keeping the brewhouse busy with some smaller-batch experimenting on the R&D system.

Why the big packaging upgrade?

Because we’ve got some new things coming that our current setup simply wasn’t built to handle. 😏

We’re not ready to spill everything just yet…but there’s a lot happening behind the scenes right now.

We’re looking to fill two positions:

☕ BARISTA
Friendly, reliable, and great with people. Barista or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. Weekend availability needed.

🍺 PRODUCTION / OPERATIONS
Help with brewery production, packaging, keg and supply deliveries, draft system maintenance, and general projects around the brewery.

We’re looking for someone hardworking, dependable, comfortable with physical work, and able to work independently. Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license. Forklift, mechanical, or production experience is a plus.

Full-time & part-time opportunities available.
