er and Pastry Chef, begun his passion as a child. Trying to be in the kitchen as much as possible. Through high school, he attended the Ottawa County Career Line Tech Center for their Baking and Pastry Program as well as their Culinary Arts Program. From here he attend Baker College Culinary Arts Program, now known as The Culinary Institute of Michigan. Opening the bakery back in 2007, Justin has been building the business. Playing a hand in the community is on the top of his priorities. he believes its the community that supports the bakery and it is his responsibility so give back and show his thanks. In addition to the bakery, Justin is also a Pastry and Culinary instructor at the Culinary Institute of Michigan, Baker College of Muskegon.
