💛 No matter how many rocks show up in the road… no matter the challenges, the heartbreak, the doubts, or the moments when it feels easier to quit… we keep moving forward.

One lightbulb at a time. One lesson at a time. And sometimes, a thousand attempts before we get it right. As Edison reminded us, progress usually looks a lot like persistence.

This week has tested our family in ways we never expected, but we’re still here. We’re still fighting. We’re still believing.

Today, we have the incredible honor of being part of Taste of Muskegon, and honestly, we’re in awe. To stand alongside so many amazing vendors and share our little dream with this community means more than words can express.

🌭Today We Did a Thing…

Before I tell you about today’s special hot dog, can I just say something?

Papi and I worked together again today, and honestly… I love working with my Papi… Sometimes we’re exhausted. Sometimes we’re stressed. Sometimes we wonder what crazy idea we’ll come up with next.

But then there are days like today.

Days when we’re side by side, laughing, serving people, creating something together, and realizing that this little hot dog dream of ours is becoming one of our favorite adventures.

And that? That’s pretty special.

Now… about the hot dog! 😄

Today we had the honor of serving a graduation celebration with over 100 guests, and as many of you already know, we love creating custom signature dogs for special events.

Why? … Because every milestone deserves a little extra flavor … So to celebrate a graduate who worked hard to reach this incredible moment, we created…

🎓 THE ASHER DOG 🎓

• All-beef grilled hot dog
• Panera Mac & Cheese
• Jack Daniel’s Pulled Pork
• Crispy Onions (the little MVPs!)
• Bourbon BBQ Drizzle

And here’s the best part… The Asher Dog was such a hit that it’s officially joining our menu as a Fan Favorite! 😎

One of the coolest things about booking Famous Scottdogs is that you get to create your own signature dog. You tell us what you love, put the rest in our hands, and together we create a hot dog worth remembering.

Because yes, we’re building a business…

But we’re also creating memories, celebrating milestones, and having way too much fun along the way. 💛🌭

Congratulations, Asher! We were honored to be part of your big day.

Well… what a night at Off The Chain! 🌭
We packed up with only 4 hot dogs left, and guess what?

Dinner was on the house. 😎

Tonight’s menu:

•The Nacho Libre — ridiculously good. (Forgive my lack of modesty.)😬🤦🏼‍♀️

•The Mediterranean Dog — like a cool breeze on a hot summer day. Fresh, light, and packed with flavor. (Again, sorry for reviewing my own food. 😂)🤷🏼‍♀️🫣

My Papi, of course, chose The Papi Dog. Not a single bite was shared. Apparently that’s how true love works sometimes.

And then there was The H***y Tonk…

That one turned into a bite-stealing competition because we both love it.

The final verdict? … Every. Single. One. Gone.
So yes… The diet got postponed. 🤷‍♀️🌭💛

And honestly?

After serving hot dogs all day long, sitting down and enjoying the food we created together felt pretty special.
