From Spain to Florida, and finally to Michigan… somewhere along the journey, my heart found its harbor, and my anchor found its home. 🇪🇸❤️🇺🇸

And oh boy, I’m telling you… God paints some of His most beautiful masterpieces right here in , just for us to stop and admire. Wouldn’t you agree? 🍁

Lordy, Lordy! Every fall, when the trees come alive with those stunning, breathtaking colors, I’m reminded of the why and the how that brought me here.

God knew exactly where I belonged. ❤️

And as if all this beauty weren’t enough, Famous Scottdogs found a community beyond anything I could have ever dreamed of.

You guys… GRACIAS/ THANK YOU for making this beautiful place feel even more like home. 💛🌭

Yesterday was all about girl time with my sweet Jessie from The Hot Dog Cart! ❤️

Lunch at Snug Harbor, and seriously… WHY aren’t we talking about this place more?! 😍 What a gem! Wonderful staff, top-notch customer service, and compliments to the Chef! My Chicken Pho Soup was absolutely delicious!

And the sweetest surprise? Running into one of our Famous Scottdogs customers! Of course, we had to capture the moment!

Good food, beautiful company, and unexpected encounters. A lovely afternoon filled with memories to cherish! 💛

And to MLive.com and Skyla for seeing something in our little business worth telling… I don’t think I have the words yet for what that means to me.

As many of you know, our little trailer has been fighting some pretty challenging electrical issues lately. We’ve only been in business for five months, and of course I knew challenges would come with owning a business… but this one has hurt.

Not only financially — but because it has temporarily taken away the part we love most: showing up and serving our community.
And then, right in the middle of all of that… this happened.

Never — not even in my wildest imagination — did I dream that one day I would be sitting in America, reading my own story in an American newspaper.
I wish I could explain what that moment felt like.

Maybe this article arrived exactly when I needed it. A reminder that a difficult time doesn’t erase an incredible journey.

We’re only five months in.
We’re learning. We’re growing. We’re getting knocked around a little. 😂 We’re fixing things. And we’re getting right back up.
Because I still believe with my whole heart in what we’re building.
