***The FINE print***
Hello! First off, thank you so much for making it this far and checking out the fine print. Here is some basic info on how The Mad Batter operates business. I am a Certified Home Based Business by the State of Nebraska and I am always taking orders for Pick Up and Delivery (fee $5) unless I post otherwise due to family/life/daily events ect. ALL orders are secured by receivin
g FULL PAYMENT upon order placement. This guarantees that the order is wanted and final as well as securing the date and pick up/delivery time. Orders will not be fulfilled unless payment is arranged. Address for pick up is disclosed to you in my "courtesy pick up reminder" via Private Message, the SAME morning of pick up. If pick up is the same day as ordering, the address will be sent upon payment confirmation. I accept PayPal, CashApp and Venmo (venmo charges me to use them as a business transaction option so a $1-4 fee will be applied to your order total during payment completion and is non-negotiable, note: this charge is ON TOP of the delivery fee and not a part of the delivery fee) These are the only Card apps I accept as of right now and I will update as needed based on demand. I do accept Cash with the limit of 2 doughs only. Unfortunately, order placement with cash does not guarantee me that the order will be paid for or accepted upon pick up/delivery and as a small business, I cannot afford that supply/gas/time loss. So, if there is cost on my end because cash was the form of your payment and your order was not picked up/accepted/declined by you, you will be required to use another form of payment should you try and order again at a later date and a product/time loss fee of HALF the total from your last order as well as the last Delivery Fee if a delivery was attempted and failed, will be applied to your CURRENT order. Fair is fair :) if you stay committed to your cash promise you don’t have to worry :) and that’s the goal! Those who purchase with cash who show me they can fulfill their cash promise every time will be trusted with larger orders greater than 2 :) Lastly, if you place an order, and the order has already been made and you decide you can no longer commit to the orders entirety, a product loss fee of HALF of the orders entire total will be deducted to help compensate for supply/time loss and the remaining total after all fees are taken will be transferred back to you. However, if you place an order and decide you cannot commit to it and the order has NOT been made, a full refund will be given :) fair is fair. I hate the fine print, but in order to run a successful business, there has to be rules and guidelines. And these are my rules and guidelines.
