It was a last-minute decision, but we made it to the market today! We're back! Despite the drizzly weather, it was actually a very lovely evening... picnic tables, fresh homemade treats and food, and awesome live music!!! Plus of course the fantastic market going community and the stray chickens wandering around to add to the wonderful ambience.

We'll be there again next Monday. Come visit us!

I've been so busy I've forgotten to post so much lately, including our awesome day at The Taste of Grand Island, which was a huge success and sell-out.

Today at The Monday Market... Grape, cranberry, cherry-lemon, peach, and pomegranate. Last week I think! Come join us!

Flavors this week: cran-apple, pom-apple, grape, pomegranate, AND...... A very limited peach festival peach! I may also have a couple other surprises if they ferment in time.

Hello Grand Island! Thanks for all the interest and support you all have given me and my kombucha! It's been awesome to see how much everyone loves it and what a welcome addition to the Island Market it has been. It started as a one time thing to help us get paperwork approved for certain ag ventures, but after seeing the huge interest and popularity, and selling out in under 5 minutes both weeks we were there, I decided to increase my batch three fold to start (although I am doubtful that will even be enough! Ha!). It takes a couple weeks to brew a batch, so thank you for your patience as you wait for production to rise. I'm committed to continue making more available to try and better meet demand. Like my page for updates on batches, flavors of the week, and possibly pre-ordering abilities, as several have asked about that! See you next week everyone!!
